So i did have a GC sedan as a track car....... until the floods of 2011 fixed that for me

Before

After

The motor, diff and gearbox all need a rebuild but are in pretty good nick considering. The engine only needs re ringing and a clean up, but while it out i may as well do a bit more to it. It is a saturn bored to 1850cc, reasonable head work, all balanced and the usual stuff and running twin weber 45's. It was making 120hp at the wheels and making power to nearly 8200rpm. Ive got the first dyno sheet from the run in tune up somewhere ill have to dig it out(its only 107hp though.)
I want to run the saturn again so if there are any other ideas out there on how to lean on this little thing a bit harder I'm all ears

The coupe also went under but has had no extra rust come out since the floods so the decision was made to start over again.
Ready to go to Bozo86 engineering. sorry shit pic.

I don't have the budget to run in a series but we are loosely basing it around improved production rules. Anything that falls outside the class rules will be able to be change over anyway if required.
So here is where it sits now after a couple of days in the shop. more photos to come as it happens. Hope you enjoy
