Please allow use of iPhone forum browser
To the mods/admin,
I use a forum browser app on my iphone called tapatalk, which makes life easy, keeps all your accounts and everything all ready to go, and no long load times etc.
You need to install a plug in to allow this though. I use it on a few other forums, would be nice to keep them all in one app though.
Heres the website to get the plugin. It would be much appreciated if someone could allow this for me. And would recommend this app to other users as well

Cheers

iPhone's inbuilt browser, Safari, views the site perfectly. It is just an app like Tapatalk just makes it better.

Re: Please allow use of iPhone forum browser
I don't get it?? Why do you need an app??
my phone it keeps the internet history, so all it takes is 3 taps and I'm in SG.

Its just nice and easy mate, if you frequent several different forums like me, its all in one application, and auto logs you in to everything, everything loads much quicker etc and better to view.

i know its been a while, but i will look into it soonish!

i often use my mobile ph. and its fine. just save as bookmark and for the auto sign in. sg has one. when you sign in. tick the box that says "sign me in automatically" and it works every time. an app would just make it all confusing. like going from the "free" mobile facebook. to the full computer site. thats a pain. lol
i think the site's fine how it is

Re: Please allow use of iPhone forum browser
I'd be up for a better way. Yesty I tried to log in more than 3 times and it locked me out. It said I needed to confirm the details from a pic that wasn't there. I then found another open browswer window and was able to use it but then this morning I couldn't. Jump on the PC and all is sweet. The use of forums on an Iphone etc is too cluncky and unpredicatable. If this can be improved then I think that is a good thing.
Re: Please allow use of iPhone forum browser
To be honest I don't visit the site as much as I used to due to the hit and miss nature of logging in. Some links log me in, some don't. On my Iphone I am completely blocked, on a PC it asks me to name a car in the logo then denies me access anyway. Other times in the past it has asked me to type in letters etc. Sometimes like right now it logs me straight in. It's game I'm tired of playing

?????????????????
I don't get it. I have never had this sort trouble logging in to any forum, on my PC or Android phone.
What are others using? I notice iPhones seem to be a problem. What about Apple computers?
I use ye olde PC and a Motorola android touch phone...

Re: Please allow use of iPhone forum browser
there seems to be a couple glitches with people not being allowed to log in, for those of you who know what cookies and temporary files are, clear your cookies and temp files, also once you do manage to log in i suggest to change or re-enter your password - shouldnt be any need for this but like with everything else on the internet, who knows what will happen next
at the moment some glitches could be due to the fact that the site needs to be updated and to do so a higher level of access is required, a lot of patience and a lot of studying code to re-enable features " plug ins/ add ons " which will no longer function on the new platform
this isnt something that can happen over night very easily without a lot of planning a lot of backing up a lot of patience and a lot of testing, same with adding new features, they will need to be tested on a local server to first see if they conflict with the function of the site, all i can do right now is apologize to any one having difficulties
sorry guys
