Now I ordered off E-Bay the Nissian Silvia s13 alloy radiator with the twin thermo fans on monday and received it on friday so friday night i fitted the radiator and i tell ya what it looks the goods. Really happy with it even if its a Chinese made product found the welds to be brilliant and value for money in my opinion. Was a bit worried about the fans hitting the water pump pulley but no issues what so ever plenty of clearance. Made up a few mounting brackets on the radiator support and rubber sleeved the bottom of the radiator with some L brackets to stop it moving back perfect. Only thing was how am i gonna run these hoses? By this time it was 10:30 pm friday night thought thats it ill go to autobahn 2morrow and see what kinda silicone radiator hoses are avail. Went in today and had a few boxed up kits on special. Found a BA/BF XR8 GT silicone hose kit then remembered my GT has a long ass bottom tank hose and i could prob use it for the thermostat housing to the top radiator outlet. (my manifold hasnt been adapted to the front :? ) so purchased the kit and went home. opened the box and did a rough outlay and guess what? PERFECT!! just had to cut off a few sections and bobs ur auntie. bottom hose required to cut the other hose in half and use a piece of stainless 1.5 in in diameter a join it together. Thought ide post it up cos its really not 2 bad using the hose and if u didnt want to spend the cash on welding manifolds this is a cheep way out even if u wanted to use the rubber hose instead of silicone. i took a few picts just to show how it set out.
