Is it tuned properly?? Because the stage 3 is fairly lumpy... I have an equivelant in my 1600 and its great... But it's not tuned so its not lumpy now...

I suggest you tune it first :)

I'm running a 30/70 (stage 3 equivellant apparently), billet wagget cam. I've only heard my car run good enough for the cam to work properly once, for about 10 seconds... And they're pretty lumpy...

Yep, get it tuned and running properly first and see what it is like. You could then maybe drop the idle speed by 50 (maybe 100) rpms if your still not happy but don't go to far as you will have oil pressure probs if too low especially with a lopey idle.

Remove a spark plug and you will probably get a rough idle just the same. Once Cams are dialed in there shouldn't be much lope to it unless it a pure race only spec that isn't meant for street use, then yes it will have a lope to the idle. Just going for the "muscle car v8" is pretty pointless, maybe should have bought a V8.
