Extractors for 4G32B

Post by 176bob »

Wondering if there is much difference (if any) between extractors for the 4G32 chain and belt drive? Are they interchangeable? Thanks, Bob.

i may be wrong with this but im pretty sure the 4G32 is square port and the 4G32B is round port. i have a chain drive 4G32 head and it was different to the beltdrive 4G32B in my galant. not 100% on if that means all chain drives are square port or if they were mixed and visa-verse

Cheers

Chain drives come in square and round port, and to my knowledge belt drives only come in round port.

Depends on year of manufacture & market ...a chain drive 4G32 can have either (as a general rule of thumb, both early & late models have round ports ... the ones in the middle are square ports)

Thanks blokes, 98% sure mine has round ports. Your comments have confirmed this. Thanks again, Bob.
