about 500ml in 10 mins leaks ut the no.3 port the motor runs smooth at idle and still revs up, any ideas what the problem may be ?

any bubbles in the radiator? {take the cap off when cold and start her up and let it idle there for a while to warm it up, and look for bubbles}

If not, then as amgis_obrut has said... inlet manifold. not much point swapping it either unless you can find a new one, there pretty much all cactus now - unless the vehicle has a coolant flush out every 3 months :lol: (can you get the feeling i think there crappy manifolds? :o )

Cheers,
Nick.
