Hi guys
I have GH Scorpion and i need some info on rear seats.
What i would like to do is change the rear seat to split
folding seat so if anyone has done this before or even looked
into doing this some info would be great.

Re: Rear seat
You do realise you'll need an engineers cert for that?

Re: Rear seat
Not an easy process. The later model scorp seats don't bolt in so you would need to do it from scratch.J-T9959 wrote:What i would like to do is change the rear seat to split folding
My suggestion, I ll do you a swap, A GJ Scorp (with split folding rear seats) for the GE

Cheers.

I didn't know they came with them, but the nightmares you may encounter, this may not be a bad idea.Superscan811 wrote:Not an easy process. The later model scorp seats don't bolt in so you would need to do it from scratch.

Re: Rear seat
Thanks for the quick reply guys.
Thank for offer superscan811 but ill pass as ill be keeping it,
putting them in from scrach is not a ploblem it more the width
the i think GE/GH is smaller in width to the GJ/GK never measured
it though.(the bass seat is wider as i have tryed it)
Cheers

Re: Rear seat
u do realise that they are completely different? the cars with the split seat dont have that brace that goes across the seat...and removing the brace would be illegal..

Re: Rear seat
No braces are being removed the seat that is in there now slips over two
lugs at the top and two 6mm screws hold at the bottom.
