)The things i appreciate about this car, is the body, although packed with enough bog to slow down the nazi invasion, its straight. The vinyl roof, the black interior, the carpet, the sight of the thing just makes me smile.
I have aquired $400 worth of parts to do a service, which include the usual oil/filter, air filter, coolant, fuel/filter, spark plugs and leads, brake pads, battery, tools. suspension and brakes will be looked at by a professional, unless they're piss simple? The engine will be looked at by my boss, who was an engineer in the NZ army, and who's house im stashing this thing at.
I've never restored a car before, nor have i much mechanical knowledge, however im sure i'll figure it out.
My mate will be doing the cutting and the welding of the rust.
So, i shall give an update this weekend with photos of the car in the work station
