GH Sigma Spring Choice, HELP MEE PLS

Post by FUGITIVES »

i getting myslef a rear coil over spring kit like this one http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CMB-15-0014/?rtype=10 , will be removing the stock shock's location and relocating it on the inside section of the chassis, might consider a ladder bar also,
anyway main question , Which Spring should i Choose, heres the specs , note Fords mustangs are around 2500 - 2600 lbs , a gh sigma is 2200 lbs , so they suggest 150 for the mustang, which should suit the gh sigma , the 125bs im guessing?

Optimum suspension tuning can then be achieved using the Competition Engineering coil-over springs
shown below.
Part No. Spring Rate (lbs/in.) Total Weight on Rear
C2550 85 Under 1050 lbs.
C2555 100 1050-1150 lbs.
C2560 125 1150-1250 lbs.
C2565 150 1250-1450 lbs.
C2570 200 1450-1800 lbs.
