manual gearbox into auto motor?? NEED HELP ASAP!!!

hi guys im just wondering if i had a motor and auto out of a gh 79' scorpion,will it bolt up to my gearbox,it being manual??what complications am i facing? do they have the same bellhousing?? i need the motor out of the scorp but it was auto,dont know if it would bolt up to my gk sigma/manual gearbox?

The only difference is wide and narrow blocks. I am not down with the Astrons to tell you the difference but there is a few threads about it on here

ive got a spare 4g54 astron 1 over at my place
just needs to be taken out of engine bay

its a narrow block man being a auto and wont bolt up to the 2.6 man been there and tryd it

im in desperate need of a complete motor to suit my car...i found a scorpion on ebay for 350 bucks and need to put everything in my car...i got a fukn EPA..bloody dogs what next!!

i got an auto and 2.6 out of gn sedan it is an 86 model so it has the cat in the manifold it has become surplus as i am putting manual and 2.0l in it. it wont have a distributor as i am using it or a speedo drive either i think mine will take a manual box not all boxes are the same bolt pattern. also is the rear crossmember offset as mine is not the auto is longer than the manual
