what injectors???? efi turbo astron

hey everyone, im currently in desperate need of some information about what injectors im need. i have a turbo 2.6 with efi, and im looking/hoping for 200rwkw. i have been looking at some series 6 rx7 injectors but have now seen that they are side feed. i think i need around the 500cc mark??

im hoping to find out from other members:
-What size they are running?
-are they aftermarket or from another vehicle?
-was there any modification to fuel rail required to fit?

what about vl turbo injectors, Rb26? Evo? etc

thanks for taking the time to post man. they must be post series 6 injetors cos the ones im looking at are side feed. can anyone confirm what series rx7 injectors?? what have you done with the STD fuel pressure regulator on the fuel rail?

thanks, yeah i had a pretty good look. i didnt realise you were running the tr/ts fuel rail. ill have to compare the two fuel rails together to see if the injectors will fit in both as i have the tn.tp fuel rail.

youll need something atleast 400cc, i made 209kw wih 370cc injectors and it was leaning out> 13.4:1

Blue Tops are Bosch 0 280 150 775. I just happen to have one on my coffee table at the moment.

Operating Pressure 3.3 bar
Resistance : 15.9 ohms
Design Type : EV 1

With knowing that stuff, it would be a matter of finding a higher flowing injector that has the same specs.

I just had a look at that catalogue, and found something interesting. A while back I went to city dismantlers and asked for a Magna TR/TS ECU. They told me there was 4 for that car, and that putting in the wrong one could fry it. I still don't believe the frying part, but I do now see evidence of more than 1 ECU for the TR/TS model.

All ECU's I've seen have a Mitsubishi code MD xxx xxx on them. Have you any conversion tables to the 10 digit part numbers ?

so how many variants of magna injectors are there and how many cc are they?

i used 550CC RX7 injectors.

I think they are Series 5.


ASK TRICKY as he brought them about a year ago.

They were fine. BUT there spray patern is alot sharper.. For shooting down a long manifold.

They only have to be the same resistance if your using the original magna ecu.
