went to autopro today to get wheel bearings, and they sed is it mitsu or borgy diff? there were 2 different part numbers for gc gd rear wheel bearings.. what one would it be? didnt know there was 2 differernt types haha

Wagon diff and sedan diff... Wagon is bigger i thought.

it'll be mitsi diff its only borg warner if it has a inspection plate on the back of the diff houseing ( the fuel tank side ) instead of being able to remove the whole diff centre from the front of the diff ( gearbox side ). i think wagon diffs the same as sedans, had a wagon diff centre put into my previous gd galant and they look identical to the sedan diff centre.

I've got a sedan diff in my wagon housing with wagon axles, so they must be the same....

there are two different 8 bolt housings a large bearing
and a small bearing the only way to find out is pull it apart

sedan and wagon rear wheels bearing are different.

does the centre come out the front of the housing?
or the rear of the housing?

i wouldnt hav a effin clue haha, and i dont wana take it out to find out haha, im 80% sure its the drive shaft side though..
took my axels out today and the bearing i bought it same size so wer all good now just to find a press :S
