hey guys just wondering who can identify the year of my front end and where i can get another one with badges and all

haha yes but isnt there different styles because the previous owner told me he got it off i think he said 71 year model

this was a genuine question

Nah 71 was the ga mate... Single square headlights, different shape and size
It's all good. Noone got anywhere without asking silly questions

Also, you're right about the different styles
There's the aus spec one (what you have).
The US spec one..
And I think the jap spec one??

Not that I know of mate... I just restore my own badges

good old elbow grease, metal polish, and a paint brush with matching paint

My grill has a crick in it on the passenger headlight and never got a badge with it

As for the crack. A plastic welder man will fix it up for ya

then just respray it black again

i wouldnt trust myself plastic welding just burn through it and break it more ahah

just get a soldering iron and some plastic that feels the same, and litteraly just melt the crack line and melt a bit of extra plastic in there. very, very easy. I used an oxy welder to heat up a screwdriver and just use that the first time.
