can anyone tell me if/what the difference is between an astron NA cam and the turbo cam?

I believe it's the valve overlap.
Lift and duration could remain the same but you would need a lot less overlap on a turbo cam, unless you like a continual flame shooting out your exhaust pipe on boost.

The turbos used a 2.6 cam due to less duration and overlap then the standard 2.0 cam. Here are the specs direct from the factory manual.
Valve Timing
Inlet opens 2.0 24 BTDC turbo/2.6 25 BTDC
Inlet closes 2.0 64 ABDC turbo/2.6 59 ABDC
Duration 2.0 268 degress turbo/2.6 264 degrees
Exhaust opens 2.0 59 BBDC turbo/2.6 64 BBDC
Exhaust closes 2.0 25 ATDC turbo/2.6 20 ATDC
Duration 2.0 264 degress turbo/2.6 264 degrees
Overlap 2.0 49 degress turbo/2.6 45 degrees
Height of cam lobe
2.0 litre - Inlet 42.18mm, Exhaust 42.25mm
2.0 turbo / 2.6 Inlet 42.50mm, Exhaust 42.56mm
Nominal cam lift
2.0 litre - 10mm
