Hi all,
Could someone please tell me which of these plates in the picture below is for the 4 speed transmission and which one is for the 5 speed? I found them the other day and have no memory of which is which.
These are the plates that go between the shift lever and the gearbox.

I didn't know there was a difference but it has been about 20 years since I last saw a 4 speed.
The one on the left is the same as my 5 speed shifter

The one with the extra cut-out is a 5 speed plate.

Jason - if the one on the left is the same as your 5 speed, I'm not sure how you get it into 5th ? (unless the cutout is part of the lockout mechanism between 5th & reverse ... )
