HELP NEEDED URGENTLY 4G32

Lads,
The headgasket recently went on the galant I purchased and I noticed there is a hole in the head and the new gasket but no hole in the block in the same place and its corroded the block. Anyone have this problem???
Also want to know what NM to tighten the head down to???

Hmmmmmmmmm, possibly head is off a different engine originally????

Only a guess (and a fairly poorly educated one at that)
