The truth is you can now build a better rally car than they did in the 70's
sure the bits in it wont come from the factory catalogue but progress means

. Good to see it's still got all the stainless strips up the side... Are you going to keep them on there? What are your plans for it? (colour wheels etc....) I suppose you'll be putting a bigger motor in it.... . Plans are to do the mechanical sides of things first. I will be keeping the 1600 saturn...

. . Got three anchortrons FS job lot, two came with a bunch of stuff we bought one in the GD hardtop don't know much or anything about them except want to get rid of them for some project money. One is still in the car without a bonnet 2.6 I think and gear box, the other two are 2 ltr jobbies (mmm) ...

Yea, was a set on ebay not long ago was going to bid on them but the
seller withdrew them from sale, some blokes like to put socks in their
shorts I would prefer a pair of monkeys (mukinis) under the bonnet of my
70's mitsubishi (for the right price of course).

Would suggest using off the shelf solution, would avoid any engineering dramas (if caught).

Have been watching a Colt Speed Kit MD005927 (thats a No 5 cam job)
in Japan yep it sold for AUD 1,171.00 looked brand new, thats without
freight though. Am thinking wasn't a bad price. Will try to post photos later.
