Not a very exciting update but I have finally got the motor running again. So this weekend consisted of all the little things like fill the gearbox with oil, replace the reverse light switch, connect the speedo cable, put a fire sleeve over the clutch cable, bleed the brakes, fit a thermo fan switch...

Also if you are changing the tail housing on the gearbox it is worth noting there are to output shaft sizes and that in turn means there is 2 different seal sizes. The one I used was a 89 ute tail housing on a 83 gearbox so I needed a seal with a od of 52mm and a id of 32mm but I didn't know that un...

New fuel return line in and ready for the 2L, i got 5 meters thinking id have heaps left over but after all the twists and curves under the car there was only about 1.5 meters left. 4G32 to 4G63 help
Hi,
i am looking of getting rid of the old 4G32 in my 78 sigma and putting in a 4g63 and was wondering if i can use all the old engine mounts also will my gearbox mount work or can i use my one i have from a 83 L200.
Any and all help would be appreciated.
