the line is running to the one in the side of the wastegate. not the hole is the base of the wastegate where the air releases. im running 1/4 inch house. one controller is a turbo smart and the other is a ebay one that became the bees knees.

i have the line running from the intake straight to the wastegate with a bleed valve in between. i have 2 bleed valves and both are the same reading. i cant get anymore than 17 pound from my gates.

ive always used a monotorque with hylomar but that is all i have ever been able to find besideds the oringed copper gasket, is there anything in between??

that brings about another question. is there a direct bolt on waste gate you can buy for an original turbo manifold?
i do have 2 spare working waste gates. plus the ones on my cars. just sussing out all the options.

just a couple of questions, been researching these a little bit, mainly for a stiffer spring for more boost, got hold of garret today and they only ever built 2 types of springs for these one was 5 pound and one was 9 pound but on an original wastegate it has marked on the mod plate 10 psi??? any id...

i was not trying to re create the wheel, just checking things out. MX6 injection dont;t work basically without major mods, we have a ready supply of magna parts.

the 4g63 that came in l300 or early l200 utes were narrow block, only the starions were wide block. from my experience so far, have had a couple of motors from each. to answer ur question, just bolt the 2 litre in, you will need to use sigma 2 litre manifold as a 4g63 manifold wont fit and exhaust m...

figures i have written above, i have read somewhere and have always worked of them, in a couple of sigma and scorpion factory manuals, it saids 3.8 litres without filter and 4.3 with filter. i can scan them if needed.

pajeros do have a wide block gear box, i know that, i was just wondering if the bell housing could be changed to a narrow bell housing???

anyone know if i can swap a wide block bellhousing with a narrow block bell housing, to fit a narrow block motor?? the pajero has a wide block gearbox, was wondering if i could change bell housings to suit a narrow block motor.

as astron 2.6, what ever model, takes 4.6 litres or 4.1 without filter.

didnt think about using the diesel sump. oil pick up is not a problem, i can make something to fit. diff ratios have crossed the mind but not really worried about it, ill see how it drives and change them if i had to. it will be used for a bit of off roading and towing trailer or boat when i head ca...

put the car up on ramps last night and measured and bottom 2 bolts on gear box and it measured 330, so it is wide block. looks like it will bolt straight in, just need a pajero sump that is reversed and clearance for front diff.

hey guys, just picked my self up a 1983 pajero swb for a couple hundred bucks. body and interior are great but it has a 4d55 2.3l turbo diesel which has a very impressive knock. lol, im thinking of replacing the diesel with a 4g54, the old swb pajero came with a 4g54 as well. basically my questions ...
