Just found this thread... If anyone want's some serious carbie conversions or set ups, I know and have used a guy in QLD that does "All out" race carbs but can rebuild/tweak what you have. I know him from the "Ford V8" scene but a carb is a carb. Easiest way for you guy's to find...

Regarding the bonnet, it'll have a strip of Silver in the centre, rest painted Black with the scoop screwed to the bonnet.

In all honesty though, are you using the bonnet as a stensil for the blackouts? or are you chopping up the bonnet for its scoop etc I'm not entirely sure what you are asking.. I use photobucket and it's quite easy.

Saves having random pic's stored on your phone also.

Not the most productive day but wirebrushed the wipers back to bare metal and hit them with a few coats of matte black. Quick question.

Who has used what to change over to electronic ignition?

I'm thinking about getting a Pertronix set up from the US as I have used them before on a different car/engine and they are quick to install and work very well.

The XB is with Full Metal Jacket Muscle Car Club. They are an awesome bunch of guy's and I have no second thought's about them not letting Mini Mopar in. I spoke with my car club that I'm a member of for the XB and they are not sold on the whole Mini Mopar build.....

Anyone know of a car club that'll take Mini Mopar?

No interest is doing it up as a Plymouth Arrow as it basically is one.
No fun there.

As for the side mirror, I'll be swapping it out to a pair of Chrysler ones.
