Haven't lowered it yet, but went out in search of an abandoned military base from the 30s or 40s, found it. The place was really creepy and took up about 2500 acres. https://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/395150_10152248215500508_82940655_n.jpg https://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-prn1/69194_...

yeah it rubs before full lock and will just get worse when I lower it. I'll fix it with a BFH.

More shitty pictures, I dunno what is up with my lack of ability lately. Re: V6 into sigma
RWD 6G74 will bolt up to any pajero or montero 3.0 and 3.5 auto transmission from the 95-97's, it's an AW4, used in Jeep Cherokees and very easy to convert a 4x4 trans to 2wd using jeep parts (or 2wd montero/pajero) I actually have one sitting in my garage. At first I considered putting a 6G72/AW4 c...

Re: Prevent me from doing something stupid
Hmm, 51mm = 2 inches, so those would work. I'll use what I have, not too concerned with a brake upgrade.
I searched for 51mm weld on coilovers and didn't find much geared at toyota's, the lowest spring rate i saw listed was around 300+ lbs. Any links or suggestions when searching?

Re: Prevent me from doing something stupid
I found weld on coil over sleeves, I thought I read what diameter I would need on here, I can go measure, but this is what I've found thus far:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/pfi-c320/overview/
wether I need 2in or 2.5in I will sort out before I order, then I just need a springrate of my choice.

Re: Prevent me from doing something stupid
Narrower track would be fine by me, bigger brakes too. However it doesnt seem really simple to find conquest hubs, checked ebay and searched the web a little. I'm cool with weld on coil overs I guess, king doesnt have a distributor in america, there's a spring shop local that I can check with for cu...

Prevent me from doing something stupid
So, I need to lower the front of my wagon, back is low, front is too high. rather and just cutting springs, which im about to resort to, what are my options? I'm in America, so I might be limited. I'm also pretty cheap :D I'm willing to use ebay coil over sleeves, im sure they'll likely be stiff. So...

Re: my 4G63T '73 Galant Wagon, "waGun"
You're certainly right, it's a lot faster than my stock 76 sedan, but it's not as fast as most other 4g63 cars i've built. in the wet it seems to stay pretty straight under throttle, the 225/50's on the 15x10's in the back help with that. I bought this car in california and drove it across the count...

Re: KM132 Clutch confusion
There's a handful of KM132's within an hour of me, I'm going to get the car running, get my hands on a KM132 and hydraulic clutch parts, then see how much power the KM119 will handle and swap out a broken KM119 for the KM132 (unless the KM119 holds up, then I'll leave it.) I'm not a gear banger and ...

Re: KM132 Clutch confusion
Unfortunately the pressure plate of the turbo 4G63 engine didnt completely clear the bell housing of the KM119. I could shim the transmission a touch, but it's senseless to run a clutch that will hold more power than the transmission. Currently the KM119 is in the car with a stock replacement clutch...

Re: KM132 Clutch confusion
It would appear that I am blessed/cursed with a KM119 Blessed because the clutch will work without a problem, cursed because they dont hold up to power apparently. I only plan to produce around stock horsepower, so just around 200HP, does anyone know if the KM119 will hold up if I do not drive like ...

KM132 Clutch confusion
Hi everyone. Not sure if I posted here yet, I've lurked and searched for a while but I don't have much to contribute. Seems like most the members are located elsewhere and I'm in the middle of the US. I bought a 73 Galant wagon from the west coast of the US and drove it 3000 miles to my home, it sup...
