Re: What radiator to get?
I use one from a might max, it bolts onto my galant the same way the stock one did, inlet and outlet are the same, but it's taller. Aluminum one on ebay ran me $75, cools my turbo 4g63 just fine.

update: took the wagon to a car show a couple weekends ago, 3 hours on the highway, 7 lbs of boost, 70+ mph speeds, heats the little baby clutch up and it starts to slip. replace the tiny clutch in the km119? Nah. KM132 http://distilleryimage10.s3.amazonaws.com/909c6548d17e11e2a9cf22000aaa0a6f_7.jpg...

Thanks man! When i saw this on Instagram the other day, i was very impressed. Love the sort of style both you and your brother have. Re: Dohc g63 plenum. Which way did you go?
similar to the evo 4 inlet manifold, i used an evo 8, welded injector bungs shut, trimmed the EGR port, put an egr block off plate on, I already had an early 90's 4g63 head or i would have used a later 90's 4g63 head (smaller ports, match evo intake) so i used a flange for a small port intake manifo...

KM119 Abuse! Anyone else beating on this box?
Hey guys, last summer I swapped a turbo 4G63 into my wagon, the chassis is a 1973, the engine/trans was supposedly a 1978, 4G52 and a KM119 cable clutch in it. I swapped the engine in with a newer stock replacement clutch and pressure plate (OEM cheapy from the autopart store it looked like) and the...

Yeah, As far as I could find there's only one post on early Mitsu on Speedhunters, and while it was a nice LA Lancer it's still not enough. But with their #featurethis and #iamthespeedhunter campaigns going on it's in our hands really. If we hit them with enough quality photos of our cars (and our ...

Re: Dan's SPA57K GD Galant wagon and other Galants
Mic, I'm at a crossroads at the moment. I either have to rebuild it with a stronger bottom end or change to something else. I love to fly the flag for the Astron but to go to the next step is going to need some serious cash. I think if I change to E85, and get around to putting the 2 link kit in it...

I've been admiring your wagon for a while now as im a fellow wagon owner. Your sedan looks like a twin of mine!
Strange questions but: whats the rear bumper on your wagon from?? I have that same bumper and I didn't think it was from a colt?

EFI converted people: Surge Tanks
So, I've currently got a 73 galant wagon that i've fitted a turbo 4G63 into, running an inline fuel pump mounted low in the engine bay. I never let the car get under half tank for the fear of fuel starvation, haven't had it happen, but don't want to deal with it. those of you that have converted to ...

I've been rolling with the KM119 for 8 months now. I didnt drive it much for the winter months, but i'll be driving it again soon. It's held up well, but again, I dont drive hard, 5-7psi is the most it sees, havent really taken it to red line, probably wont. going to pick up a KM132 soon, trying to ...
