on the topic of EFI, has no one installed the g32's big brother the g37?

Unless that isn't a common motor over there of course?

No Webby, KM110s are 4spds, KM119 are the early 5spds.

Yes unless you are using something like a MSD Blaster Coil. Otherwise most coils state on them, "use with external resistor".

Re: Built for drift

Lol even if I got a S13, I'd yank the motor and swap a g63t in, but that's just me. Drifting on tarmac vs dirt/gravel are two different worlds, easier to kick the rear out on a slick surface or dirt yhan on dry pavement. Gotta deal with friction and traction. A stock galant drift on pavement? Not ch...

Re: Built for drift

Honestly if people want to drift their cars so be it, what makes it any different than those of us that want to strip our cars down to the mininum, cage and race either drag, rally, or road race? As long as he does it right and not half ass things. S13 Drift missiles are good for practice though, yo...

GA-GD Wagons are the same from Windscreen to the rear. Only the front clip is different :).

According to Rarespares though, GA/GB Sedans share the same windscreen rubber as the Wagons.

Re: Built for drift

And you'll need to get the tension rods too. Requires drilling holes in the rail to suit since we don't have use them. I have one sitting in the garage for my 76 :). Going that routec to accommodate the widebody starion struts I have up front to fix my camber. Camber plates would be about maxed out ...

I would look into changing your crossmember out for a lancer one so you could use the later style control arms of say starions or look into ae86 corolla stuff.

2.6 turbo will have alot of low down grunt anyway enough to get you sliding for a bit of fun anyway. The engine itself is a straightforward swap..lengthen alternator w...

Re: 4g63t into gc sedan

Later KM132s use a different style mount than the early versions and the KM110 4spd/KM119 5spds. I had to have the later style mount flange welded into my crossmember in order to mount the KM132. He'll fit the battery fine, it's a GC not a GB lol. Engine mount wise, you Need Astron mounts (mount to ...

Re: Types of 4g63

Keep in mind when it comes to drivetrain parts and oil pumps, pans, 90s meant the introduction of the 7 bolt 4g63 from the earlier 6 bolt found in 6th gen Galants and older. 7th gens are all 7 bolt 4g63s, so flywheels, oil pumps/front case, pan, misc other things are all specific to their respective...
