ok here i go again... :banh: my engines temperature starts rising when i turn on the a/c..what could be the problem? but when its off the temp is well..and i just noticed that everytime i turned the a/c on the temp rises above normal but when i turned it off it goes down again to its normal temp?? :(

i will check for marbles in it....

whats a salver fluid???

i'm wondering what it is that is rattling inside the valve cover, i'm so scared that it is a engine knock and i hope it is not....

^^^ is this the hose near the alternator that is connected on a small pipe going aroung the back of the head??
if this is it, i saw droplets of water on hose but not that much..
@ dave , thanks and will try to change my sending unit..

the sending unit we use is the unit that comes with the side draught dave... and what if i remove the thermostat?? will it bring more issues on my engine?? no trace of oil in the coolant and coolant on oil dave... and can you teach me how check the float level on the carb?? i'm not that good when it...

and to add dave, my engine heats up alot since we put the carb (solex 40) in it even in the first place...

@dave my engine runs without any problem before we replaced the carb and the solex 40 we just put in was never been rebuild before and it was sitting in my friends garage for quite a long time... regarding the gasket, i just finished this morning checking my plugs for coolant leaks and there wasn't ...

Sounds to me like a head gasket, nothing to do with the carb at all. He is using the fast idle to keep it running, what he said was it will die without the ac. engine gets really hot right now and when i'm driving with a/c on or without it my rpm drops like the engine will die but when i came from ...

@^^^ yes i still have mechanical fuel pump that i just recently replaced a few months ago..so do you think changing my pump into a electrical will help solved this?? and lessen the engine heat? and yes it happens when my engine's real hot...i'm just wondering why my engine gets really hotter now com...

Gearbox will mount fine, crossmember will be fine, only issue is goin from 4sp to 5sp as the bolt holes for the mount are further apart, can be fixed with a drill. Dont think there are any 4wd boxtypes/EX lancers, never seen one ever or even heard of one, but would be awsome!!!Specially a 4wd GSR t...

i was planning to change my headers and put in the one the came from a 4g32 belt engine (mines chain)

mitsubishi lancer boxtype from 81-87...
and yes, it look likes a small sigma...

galant gearboxes are pretty hard to find here in the Philippines..
