God I hope not. Tho I'll most likely be replacing the vinyl after all the welding. Might stay white or go black. Most likely white as I want to keep it original.

I inspected to vinyl roof a little closer today to find many more tears. And plenty of cat footprints all over the rest of the car.

Re: JiP - The New Guy
They all needed work in one way or another. Plus I decided I didn't want to be still doing up all these cars when I turn 30. (Still ages away I know) One was sold cause I needed a reliable daily and I couldn't afford to miss so much work while having to repair it. The rare one was impossible to find...

Re: JiP's 1975 Chrysler Valiant Galant GC Sedan - Kermit
Sweet thanx man. Yeah I must admit I've been pretty confused until last nigth when I went in hardcore researching these cars on wiki. So I'm kinda getting the idea of where to look now. Was hoping that they carried stuff over from their other cars. Like with Toyota they used the same room light cove...

Re: JiP's 1975 Chrysler Valiant Galant GC Sedan - Kermit
Thanx guys. Yeah I know all about the leaves in the vents and behind the guards from my old cars. Its good that it doesn't need too much but when you sit down and add up all the things needing to be changed and peeled off (Roof), its going to be a long job. For now I'll just focus on roadworthy stuf...

JiP's 1975 Chrysler Valiant Galant GC Sedan - Kermit
Hey guys, I'm new here and well I'll start from the beginning of how I found this car... I've been in the Corolla scene for some years now on rollaclub.com and was with a mate who was picking up a 4AGZE from a mechanics workshop on Brisbanes northside. Tucked away in the corner of the front carpark ...

Na not at all. I was trying to sell it on carsales after I bought it as I needed cash so I marked the price up tho deep down I wanted to keep it. Was a hard 3 months but I sold 3 of my other cars and plenty of parts. I plan on keeping it now. I ended up dropping my price in the end and now keep gett...

JiP - The New Guy
Hey guys just came across this site last night and am quite excited to be here. I found myself a Galant by accident and have found the want to fix it up. You don't see these cars often on the roads which makes me want to keep it even more. All my other cars are 197x's Corollas which I have been play...
