Hi all, long time no post,
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck sourcing new Dished 4G52/G52B pistons recently?
The plan was to build at least one of my turbo motors back to factory spec I'm struggling to get hold of 2lt pistons.
Thanks in advance.

Re: GJ Sigma Heater Valve Tap
Hi, its been a long time between posts. After a fair bit of searching I can testify that a XW/XY heater tap will fit with minimal mods and will save anyone else going down this path a lot of time. http://www.rarespares.net.au/rarespares/ProductPage.aspx?product=HT2001 The Sigma cable attachment (bit...

Re: ALWAYS check an unknown engine build.
The main reason i ask is because i work at ACL Bearing Co, once the oil hole is pierced in the making of the part (depending on tooling) it can cause some serious burrs on the inside of bearing shell around the hole. These burrs will pick up on the crank the second its turned over. This is why we co...

Were the oil holes in the bearings counter sunk and do they still have any of the lead coating on them?

Feb sounds good with the exception of the last weekend (26 & 27th) as im out of the state.
Even March after the school holidays have gone back? Less caravans, campers and idiots on the road and more chance of having a "Midway" rest stop to ourselves that way.
Cheers

Very neat wagon!
Does it have any rust to speak of? around the windows in the bottom of guards, the usual spots?
Didnt it get around in Launnie with a set of 14" jelly bean mags on it before?
Nice buy anyway mate
Cheers Trent
PS still keeping the LB on the road?

My old lancer is long gone (nearly 3 years i think), I stripped the alarm, stereo, wheels and running gear out of it and sold it to another member on here who has a collection of Lancers. I dont think its going again but at least its garaged. It was a great little car.74GalantGB wrote: LOVE it! =]
