I know the l200 came with the 2 piece tailshaft but not 100% sure about the carrier bearing...

my gh scorpy came with a two peice with a center bearing. but I couldnt get a replacement for love or money so it got retired for a one peice. the later scrorps did too. why do you need to know?
the one out of my GH looked the same but the mounts came out straight not bent.

@tubby, same reason as you! can't neither find a bearing or even a part #
the vr4 uses that bearing in the pic, but it costs $100 discounted, so same cost as a retube. oh well

You could take the HH GVR4 one and do something like this with it,
found on a Mighty Max/L200 forum.

I can give you the HH GVR4 carrier bearing PN# if you want it?I used a carrier bearing from a talon. Cut the housing, pryed it apart (of each) and swapped in a known good one, compressed with a C-clamp and rewelded it up.
