Galant E10 4G63BT, Project RALLI ART

Post by Tomica93 »

Hi this is my project, i live for that car and i started to restore it in september 2010, it is now 3months daily driver and it never stop

at beging it was a regular 2.0(4G63) engine with carb, and ten i bought 2.0ECI TURBO (the turbo is TC 06, and in future there will go 18g) for little more boost :D

also i have an original RALLI ART body kit, wheels 17" from Galant Sport Edition 98", power windows, boost controller, boost gauge, 60mm exhaust with end REMUS jap style, intercooler,
xenon 6000k, power steering, NGK iridium.....

Hope u like it, next upgrade is fue pump walbro 255lph, and then boost controller, what do you think about Turbosmart TEE

at the moment the boost is at 0,7-0,8bar and i cant get it better because of the fuel pump

Enjoy :D

It came with a 2L from the factory? Tragic dude... Oz models were all 2.6 - Will be interesting to see how performs with the 2L turbo (but seriously, get rid of that awful single injector ECI and half your woes will go with it) Nice work though!

some news :)

so i installed a new walbro 255lph, shockers&springs and they are for 3-4cm lower and traction now in corners with these wheels and tyres is awesome,
leds for long lights and position, also xenon is on 6000k, and i got an
original RALLI ART rear spoiler but its not in such a perfect condition so iam keep looking for another one :), also now the whole body kit is in filler

How come the front panel above the headlights doesn't look like this anymore?

I can see that you have put quite a bit of work into this. Well done

You're attention to detail is superb

Question: Will you be painting the rear spoiler and the black strip above the side skirts white to match the car?

So it will look more like this?

I think the black looks good as an offset to the white.

I'd say leave as is... but thats just me

Black stripes on side i will paint in white yes, but in that picture the red stripes around the car i was planing to paint them in the black. For the spoiler, i havent decide yet, i will paint an old one in the white and then i will see how it looks :)

Yep, sounds good

I've never been a fan of blacked out sills.

Your idea of the black stripe sounds better then the original red ones too.
