Ok so im after a rims for my galant that are similar or the same as these that will fit my GC any help would be appreciated

But! Dragway does them in any size! (15x8 -0 4x114.3)... But! They're $500ea wheel

I think 4 spokes look fine on smaller cars, but maybe that's just me?

Not a fan of 13's in any style or size myself, they all look like too much tyre and too little rim.
