How many Sigma and Galant parts do you see in swap meets down in Vic?
Out of all the swap meets I've been to in the last 5 years, all I have seen in Newcastle is grills and tail lights.

That's a tidy looking Charger BTW... Does anyone know what the No.4 on the side means, I haven't seen that on them before (or haven't noticed).

All the '4' means is it has a 4spd gearbox.

That makes sense, the 3 speed was so bad the 4 speed was certainly worth bragging about

Thanks, I didn't know what t 4 meant. I suppose the 4 speed gearbox makes sense.
I knew it was a 6 cylinder though. You can see the Hemi 6 pack sticker on the rear guard.

Hi, not sure what the 4 actually means, but it was only ever given to the E49 chargers. These were the fastest of the lot. Of course it's likely that this one is just a replica as E49s are worth ultra-mega-megabucks nowadays.

From Wikipedia:

"In 1972, option E49 was released for the Charger R/T, whereby a more powerful (quoted at 302 bhp) version of an E38-style engine was mated to a four speed manual gearbox. This engine produced remarkable torque on a seven bearing configuration which enabled considerable power development previously unobtained from 6-cylinder engines and not surpassed until the Porsche Turbo 911 (300) release of 1975"

I go to the yearly Ballarat (Great Southern) Swap meet every year, it's easy for me as I live in Ballarat. Every year there's always the odd Sigma NOS tail light, badges, etc. Not much but still worth going. If anyone wants to meet me at the next one, let me know :)
