running on 3 cylinders?

some times when i start the sigma, it sound like its only running on 3 cylinders, then evens out after a little while, any ideas?

new spark plugs seem to be helping at the moment!

I'd be checking your dizzy cap too (for carbon or other build up), leads, plugs... usual suspects :-) Is it always the same cylinder that's not firing? Probably worth checking your compression and timing too...

Sounds like flooded cylinder if just on start?
