probably cheaper to try and find some chrome book cover contact.....be far cheaper alternative

It looks a lot like the body moulding trim you can buy in a roll from motorquip/autobarn etc. The trick will be getting it to stay bonded to the door trim. You'd be very lucky to find something that will be identical to the original chrome strip.

Thank you gentlemen.
I've had a bit of a look at it and I dunno if it's glued on or heat welded. I don't think I'd like to chance removing it.

Perhaps looking into another covering, like contact or vinyl.
I really want to repair it because apart from the A pillar trim being a bit warped, this chrome strip and the chrome button on the hand brake lever are the only interior problems.

I had my hilux done. Its not cheap but they know what they are doing....
