So now there's 2 non Mitsubishi entries, and I've got a mate supposed to be coming in a Bluebird as well (member of this site bigbird).

gaPhil's car is getting very close to completed now, still 2 good days of work to go, then off to get a blue slip and rego'd. Hopefully, there's nothing that we missed that will hold it up passing

Well it's this Sunday. Hope all are ready to go.

gaPhil is not out of the woods yet, he's had an alternator failure. Times running out, and with such a distance to cover (Newcastle to Windsor) reliability matters.
A couple of the local boys are coming to assist tomorrow and work on it in my shed while I'm at work

Hope to see as many on the cruise as possible. It's been approx 1 1/2 years since the last one, get them out and turn up, and meet some good like minded people.
I'll be there, the wagon is ready to roll and to take on some of those bends.

Just saw Dan's spastik galant wagon at the TSI mega meet last night.

Looking really fresh and clean

It was nice to meet you Danny.
Galant had a good run last night and had no troubles, so all is looking good for tomorrow morning.

Low to mid thirties is a fairly common temp for out here. Unfortunately the weather can't make up it's mind on what it's doing at the moment and is making cleaning the Galant quite difficult. It rains for a few minutes then the sun comes out and it's hot ( about low 30's). :banh:

Looks like I need to do something with the heater tap on my wagon that is just stuck a little bit open all of the time.

Phil's GA is officially in Due to some hard yards put in today by DanTurboLancer, C_Fernance and gaPhil. Alternator is now charging, and ready for a long trip

Don't forget:
Information on cruise details:
- Windsor McDonalds meeting at 9:30am for an 10:30am leave time (time for Photos and meeting people).
- Newcastle meeting point Freeman's Waterhole 6:45am for 7:00am leave time.

That's a 6:15 meet up, and 6:30 leave time or those that are meeting at my house. Then a casual cruise down through Central Mangrove to Wiseman's Ferry across the punt, and then onto Windsor (to arrive somewhere around 9:30, 3 hours should be plenty?).

I'm really looking forward to this.
Get your shine on boys and see you all tomorrow

I think you're missing a couple of things Dave.

I gave the Galant a wash yesterday and polished and vacuumed most of it today until the weather thought it would have some fun with me.

Good to here that Phil is coming in the GA. Good work guys on getting it finished and running.

Seems there is a Datsun/JDM cruise form the same start location and the opposite park we are going to?
How the hell did that happen?

Well Tj and your mate with the Bluebird will fit in nicely with them. Hope they aren't leaving at the same time.

Not sure yet if the Esky's coming.

Yeah I got a msg tonight off my brother in law telling me that there's a Sydney Datsun Club cruise leaving from Rouse Hill maccas which isn't where we're meeting but he could just be getting mixed up.

I put in the hard yards on the zed today and after sweating my bollocks off pulling the front brakes apart to replace the pads I discovered that the pads already in there weren't even quarter worn.
But after a hot and uncomfortable afternoon of scrubbing its spotless inside and out now and all ready to roll :D

The bloke who messaged me on SG on FB said they were meeting at Mcraths Hill Maccas.

I suppose whatever happens happens, but they've invited us over to their meet up at Wiseman's. They'll be in the park on the opposite side of the road.

My mate with the Bluebird is unfortunately not able to make it.

Wanna lose weight fast? Just come on a cruise with these guys in an un air conditioned car on a day like today.
Seriously lost a few kgs to sweat in the car.

Awesome day though and I should have some photos soon!

Well, the day didn't go exactly as planned. We ended up joining in on a Datsun cruise.

I have just got home, and I'll load up some pics as soon as I can (but I am still having issues with uploading them so this should be interesting).

Thankyou to everyone who attended, I hope you all had as good of a day as I did?
It was good to see some old faces, as well as some new ones.
And as always a surprise to see more then who said they were coming turn up

Was a good turnout this morning. Was good to meet a bunch of new people and finally see your cars. Sorry I could go all the way, its my dads birthday today. The wagon ran good there and back so was pretty happy with that.

See you on the next one!
