Sigma white cluster dials

When I had my first Sigma, I looked around and couldn't find any white dial replacements for the Sigma, so I ended up starting to make my own. I didn't end up finishing them, but if anyone is looking for a complete set for the Sigma, I should be able to finish it. I could also do it for other cars, I just need access to the dial backing.

No idea yet. For white back dials, I am thinking of printing on white plastic sheets, a bit thicker than transparency sheets. A while back I also thought about silk screening the designs, but just didn't get around to trying it out. Good silk screening should produce a better result than a printer would be able to do. I am open to suggestions to how they could be made.

a Vinyl cutter/plotter may also work.

sigmare has done this, easy he reckons, just rubed of the black matt finish, and guess what, white backing, then used some sort of lettering for the lines and numbers, looked trick, and it was a gh dash, hope it helps

I sprayed mine with white spray paint and then went over the numbers with blue permanent texta.

good idea dvs, but sigmares looked good, the actual globes lit up green so looked like a autometer dash, try it on a old dash, clean the black of and put a light behind it, and whala, sexy omg late model pimp dash lol.

I painted mine silver. Because the markings and numbers are raised on the Galant it was easy to repaint the info any colour you want.
I choose yellow and red. Looked good when I did it but am re thinking the yellow now, lol

Can you guys tell me how you managed to get into the dash to make the face white? I would love to do it to my 84 sigma

There is a Blue GC Coupe here in Adelaide that i have seen with the White gauge face's done that illuminate Green. Dunno how much it cost to get done, but i think a place called Emtech did it for him.
