GA boot lock

Hi again.. Any suggestions where I can source a boot lock for my GA? I called several auto stores (Bursons, locksmith etc) and they don't have any record of what the replacement is. Thanks!

Do you want a new one or could settle for a second hand one?
I'm assuming new as you could get it made to suit your keys.

Hi all,
Well I even found the old (broken) after market boot lock mechanism and took it to Statewide Locksmiths who said they don't have anything to replace it. They only suggested ebay or wreckers. I'll post a photo of the old lock in case someone has something they want to salvage for me...

Well, it turns out the GB boot lock is a different size and shape to a GA... so I'm still looking for any suggestions to source a boot lock. My GA boot has the same lock shape/size as the drivers lock. Whereas the GB lock I have is larger. Thanks

Just in case someone wants to know, I installed a standard GA/GB door lock in my GA boot by fitting the old boot lock lever/arm onto it. Although it doesn't have the one way spring, it fits and works, so good enough for me!
