Did a little work on the Lancer today. Pretty much stripped it back to how it was when I got it. I also pulled out the window which I didn't do the first time. The window was too easy to remove, so that is probably where some of the water was getting in too.

yeah, that's one of the common spots, as well as under the chrome strips at the quarter windows. The attachment clips on those rust away and leave holes...
