Beautiful Build, Iam a fan of how well you put this together. How difficult was the manifold adapter to make? I'am going look around to see if anyone offers something similar off the shelf.

As easy as using a gasket as a template.. I used a mill to bore out port holes.. drilled through holes for studs to hold it to head...tapped threads for studs to hold manifold to adapter.. really was easy. :-)

according to epa guidelines, car just had to be more enviromentally friendly than it was as standard (with the 4g30 that is).. so it passed with wolf computer no worries.. didnt even need a cat convertor.. lots a myths surounding whats allowed with engineers certs..I always suggest consulting the engineer before you start any mods..or fully study and understand the requirements for engineering of cars, as I did. :-)

yeah GLANT i've heard that providing u use an engine thats younger than the car its being showhorned into (and of relative size), then ur just about garaunteed to get your car engineered
