aucxracing pipes in sydney..i paid $125 delivered for a universal kit which i got to decide what bends, clamps and hoses..pretty cheap i reckon!
i got the black powder coat on them at no extra cost coz the chrome was a week wait..the kits includes
x6 pipes (my choice of bends)
x6 silicone hoses
x12 clamps
also if you want custom bends along with the kit,its a maximum of i think $20each and the hoses up to $30each extra.they vary in price but nothing over $30each.

man,now you tell me..i was gonna put it there but instead i put it just in front of were yours is but i had to notch out the bumperbar support rails to fit the pipes..and on both sides were the battery sits and were the horns are there were lilttle holes which i made bigger to run them aswell.i have to get a smaller battery though,i dont want to put it in the boot..
were are you runing your pipes through?? ill post some pics up tomorrow of how and were i done mine..i cant see how you done it without cutting anything man.i bloody pondered for ages and couldnt figure it out, what about the bonnet hinge doesnt it hit the cooler or sit too high??
can i see were you ran yours.because it looks like you cooler is slightly smaller?my pipes are 2.5 thick and my cooler ends pretty much when put on the rail that yours is on hit both sides??
the holes on either side are too small??

in that pic see where the inlets of the cooler is and then the holes next to them a 90' 3inch bend fits in there no trouble on each side
like you i didnt wana move my battery to the boot but i have to now cause of the way im running the pipes ect

my cooler is a 450x290x76
and i had to modify the bonnet catch and weld it a bit so it was shorter i can take pics of that aswell
basicly i want the cooler to be invisable from the outside so its getting painted black aswell but yeah if you need pics of anything let me know
its a bit of a head fuck to work out how to run cooler and pipes in a GK lol

i really appreciate it bro, thanks for the info!the gk's are hard to put coolers in.
as for the cooler mine is 600x400-80 ... show us some pics of how you modded the bonnet hinge??man i still cant beleive that those holes are big enough to run the pipes, maybe i got the wrong bends?dunno but it was pretty tight fit even with me cutting the holes bigger?did you have to re-locate you washer ans overflow bottles at all?
ive also grinded back the bumper supports and now just need cleaning up with a file and some rubber seals so the pipes dont rub on the metal.
here's a few pics on how i done it,pretyy dodgy but dont think anyone will see my handy workl.. :D note that the cooler still has to sit up a little more, just making the brackets for it.

the way i made them fit is that you dont have to cut you just have to roll the metal a bit on the conrners of those holes and the silicon bends and shit fit fine
what you have done will work a treat man ashame you cant put the grille back in on the bottom anymore
id rust treat the areas where you cut ect cause i think they weill start to rust if they ar eleft untreated for a while

im connecting my bonnet catch and shit back up today so ill take some pics for ya and put em up tonight
are you keeping your cooler silver or going black to blend in ?

keep up the good work man

i know man,i really want that grill on.might be a way i can still put it on though just tryin as we speak..i will defenatly rust proof everything i cut, thanksfor the heads up!yeah show me how you done the bonnet catch.
as for the cooler i might leave it silver for now as i want ppl to see it a little bit,but if i get pulled over or herassed ill paint it black.

Thats got to be better than the dodgy ceramic. It will def come in alot later but with a good kick! Make sure Maztech do a good job on your tune. It's usually better to book in when they are not busy. If you need any MAPS i have a few but looks like your on the ball anyway. Nice work.

cheers mate...i just came back from maztech today,he reckons that the turbo i bought is wayyyy toooo big,he said that if i built a really strong motor it might suit it but even then i still have to run alcohol(not the drink)lol..
specs for the turbo were i found out: HP RATING IS 370-675hp,garrett gt40/82 journal turbo..i might just try my luck with the t3 skyline one,he reckons i probably wont have to run more than 12psi anyway so hopefully it holds up??if not ill just sell it or swap for sumfin smaller.

as for the progress on the sig,we actually gave it its first dyno run today, didnt bring my camera though(fark).anthony at maztech reckons it got potential to go over the 200kw mark on 12pound??seing is beleiving though??we shall see what happens. :\
