This just keeps looking better and better, I am not a Sigma fan at all but I am a ISKA8 Sigma fan (H)

monday i will get the car towed to maztech for the final tune and let the deal with some problems that they forgot to adress.as for me ill be in the garage finally finishing off the rest of the car parts.this car if all goes well should be ready by next weekend but im not holding my breath. :thumpsup:

cheers there bro,black is defenatly good looking colour..especially on the sigma! ive tried so bloody hard to get the engine bay as clean and tidy as i can.up close it still might need some conjune to hide most of the wiring and existing wiring that has joined up from the loom.
maybe its just me but not too woried bout all the little things atm just want the car back together.i can then give her a good detail and clean her up good when the time is right. :D

yeah bro the xy is bloody awsome man..thats his drag car/street car...my brother took me for a spin and only quarter throttle i pretty much sh@#t myself.. he has 2 others gs fairmonts that are just pretty much stock and he also has a genuine xy gt..he bloody loves them..
yeah i cant wait till the car get its final tune too,just fitting up the rest of the gauges and should be ready for a dyno very soo..ill be posting a video of the dyno day foe all to see.. :thumpsup:

Ok guys after plenty of shopping and traveling trying to get wheels for the sig i finally have made a beautiful purchase...
i know ive posted on the WTB thread that i was after a set of 17 or 18" fr simmons but when these came up through a mutal freind i couldnt let them pass without buying them..pick them up last night.19"fr simmons.. :D :D :D ps im painting the centres gold??

paint wheels gold?? what about red so it brings out the gsr stripes etc

i was initally going to paint the gsr stripes gold to match gold fr's but id rather keep it pretty much almost factory looking on the outside apart from the wheels..
gold wheels will break up the whole car and i might get a set of front and rear brembos in red so that goes with the stripes..i just want most of the focus on those sexy wheels!

yeah i kinda did some reaseach into the brake setup,i can purchase a brand new set of 6spot calipers F &4 spot calipers R brembos off the b series for $1500-$2000 with slotted rotors but i think they will be too much out there for my car??or was thinking somewere in the line of the evo brembos? same stud pattern just the offset is different,can change that to suit though..still a pondering process :\ .. just want the FR's on and ill see what happens

finally took the beast to maztech this morning for the final run on the dyno... :D :D
before anything we found some problems that havnt been adressed yet like: turbo dumpipe gasket leaking,dumpipe-exhaust leaking,vaccuum hoses still were up to Sh@# and inlet manifold has a pinhole leak..we will see what happens in the next few days and long maztech takes.i will post a video of the car getting the final dyno when its time.. :thumpsup: cant bloody wait!

think they are prob gonna be a bit to big for the sig. Got the standard PBR twin spot calipers on the BA GT and they pull up fine. Suss them out maybe? 6 spot will lock up and be a bit 2 touchy I think. Either way ide be keen to c what u end up doing. Good luck bro

yeah i think yourright on the money bro.might give rxcorp a buzz,i remember him selling a set of complete springs,shocks calipers & rotors off a BA to suit sigma..hmmm
i think for memory they were 4 stud though? ill gie him a buzz and let you know how everything pans out.. :thumpsup:

Hey guys i just got off the phone with anthony @ MAZTEC,he reckons the timing was still out and that also the cam timing had jumped a tooth hensce the car spluttering and running like crap?? apparently when on the dyno the knock sensor wasnt respondind with the cam or dizzy or some sh#@ like that..anyway i get another call back from him saying that the car is running alot better and had it running in the background while i was talking to him,sounded bloody awsome over the phone! still a bit of tinkering to do before the car gets the final run on the dyno but its very close and im exited! all that remains is on how bloody much his gonna charge me this time around??scared as the last time i went there i came out $5k out of pocket :o :( ...
in the mean time i have been preparing the newly purchased bonnet which didnt need anything but some undercoat ,it was perfectly straight.the boot however ist too crash hot but it will do :P ...all thats left to paint is all the plastic bars and moulds.hopefully this week?? :\

ok so i havnt had a chance to take any pics of the bonnet and stuff get prepped for paint as im still battling away trying to get the car out of maztec..i had another phone call from anthony(maztec) and he is still struggling to get any power out of the motor? he says that at 11psi the car keeps pinging and backfiring? he asked me what comp im runing on the car in which after a breif phone call to engine pro i found that the car is running a steel head gasket with comp under the 8:0:0,he replyed by say that theres no way the car is on that comp?? he seems to think that the car is running more comp than that of what my mate said?on top of that,they say that the timing isnt calebrating with the car on boost? beats the hell out of me :\ :@ :(

he said he did,but i was speaking to my mate and he said that it had already been adjusted? yeah bro exactly...
they already done the work and as they didnt quote me before hand,thats what i had to pay. 8o|
lets see how much they charge me this time around??already telling me they spent 2 days on the car and its been on the dyno alot,so just the labour aspect is kinda frightening :z
