another new guy

Post by pookie »

Brief introduction.

My name is Pete but most people call me pookie.
I live in newcastle, but only for another 6 weeks
I hate people who walk/drive too slow,
I like to take photos,
and I always put my left shoe on first.

I do not own a sigma or a galant, but I do have a love for anything with an engine and turbos give my cheek muscles a work out.

i hope your refering to your bike running 12/13 second 1/4's stock  (which aint gonna happen lol)
my old '90 Gixxer 750 ran 11's stock, and that was carby...

if i had a Gixxer 1000 that only ran that, i would take it back.... try low 10's stock, and with the right rider, a high 9 is possible

oh yeah, welcome aboard..

If you have noticed I take photos of cars, good photos too.

Photos which end up on sites like this, hence why I am a member of this forum. I could even make your car look good.

thats just my 2 cents

Welcome to the site pookie...
Can't wait to see those pics....

And for the record... my Suzuki GS500... is supposed to be able to run in the 13's and it's learner legal.... (I seen it written, not me doing it).

I used to read Rapid Bikes, and every test I ever saw them do on a street trim road bike, nothing could ever get better then 10 secs (remember that's street trim)....

They did manage to get better then 10 but that's when they started playing with the bikes a bit....
