Hello from Devonport-Tasmania.

Post by BrianO »

:D Hello all, just joined up as a new member so better say hi to all.I have a 85 L200 ute with the 4G-63 Sirius engine -5speed etc.Just fitted power steering which works real well[bought from chap in Vic from a GSR Sigma]I am very interested in fitting a later 2.6 Astron 2 engine but hard to find here ,lot of wreckers have closed and most only have later model cars now.I know a Magna engine can be made to fit but seems like a lot of parts need changeing to do it.I will do some reading up on what other members have done.Cheers all.Brian.

Yeah do a quick search and you'll find about a hundred threads on the same basic topic. Good luck with the conversion when you get around to doing it :)
