New Member- '78 Lb lancer 4door

Hey guys, been browsing for a few months and finally decided to join and share my ride.
I picked this up as my first car about 4 months ago, I'm pretty sure its all stock.
1.6L, 4 speed,

I live in Perth and have taken it to the mud flats and gave it a thorough beating :)

And different colour fender is cuz some twat dented it while i was parked in a shopping center parking lot...

Plans-
Just picked up a 2.6L astron1 to swap in because stock motor has cracked head
Lower 2 inches
New wheels
Bit of rust repair
remove all trim on body
and have the body re-sprayed

Welcome to sigma-galant CJettGeorge. All things being, your Lancer sedan looks like it's in not too bad shape. Good ones are getting thin on the ground as are all of the early Mitsubishis. You going to swap up to a 5 speed as well? The 2.6 will wind out in the lightweight Lancer in no time. Plenty of options to be had :thumpsup:

Yeah, got the 5 speed to go with it, pulling it out of a 77' Lb hatch and dropping it into the sedan, because the hatch is unregistered, also got an air con unit but I don't know if its worth the messing around trying to fit it
