Hi, Im Eric from Hamilton NZ, have just picked up this 1976 galant-colt with a 4g51 and 5 speed, quite tidy. Am no stranger to old and interesting cars, but first mitsubishi, much to learn. Have plans to re-power and re-paint in original brown. Cheers and fantastic forum, heaps of information

I' guessing this will be a regular street cruiser?

just a later 4g52 for a bit more power, 4g63 would be nice though will be daily driven, save the wear and tear (and fuel!) on my bedford van

Il have a 4g54 and auto going cheap in the next few months. im in whangarei/auckland
