Hello to all old Mitsubishi car enthusiasts. I currently own a 1979 2-door Lancer SL (1600-5-speed tranny) and in the process of trying to restore it to its original state, sans the narrow steel rims and bicycle tires!

Yep Welcome, and pics required.
So this is equivalent to an Australian LB Lancer 2 door sedan yes?
If so, we didn't get these in Australia, only the LA 2 door sedans.
Would be great to see build pics, befores, durings and afters...
