We just finished his exhaust tonight with a nice 2 1/2" system with a Lukey Ultra flow rear muffler, magnaflow resonator and a small hotdog in between the two to keep noise at aceptable levels. Sounds nice.

Carburettor has been fixed (Was flooding on the float levels) and car is now running and idling properly.

Just need to sort out the heater hoses and its ready to go onto the dyno and be run up. We will give him a dyno sheet to so he can post it up on the forums. Very neat looking sigma nice to see them again.

hey guys well been a wile since last update been bizy as hell have been enjoying my driving my car maybe a lil to much now as the cluctch is starting to slip a bit now
so now my plan is to take the motor out in the next few months replace the clutch with heavy duty clutch and lightebd fly weel any recomedations ? as to wich brand is beter also how much is good to take of the fly weel ?
I also have a magna m7 head now so will start cleaning that up is it worth porting and polishing ? or do they flow enough as they are ?
wile the engine is out will clean up the engine bay get a big thermo fan and remove the the factory fan. ill get decent aftermaret cam in the m7 head and will finally be replacing suspension and brakes so i have a bit of work to do but will get there

Hey Nato, I am pretty sure that vr4retrofit was in the process of or have made a mold for the front lips. I think this has now been sold to GB_BB4C?? Maybe flick him a PM and see where he is at with the process.
They always seem to be bent and buckled, a fibreglass one would be much nicer, lol
