Dug this nugget out and did some work on it yesterday; I kinda miss it, and I’m getting sick of fixing shitbox Falcons all the time, so who knows? This dumpster fire might end up back on the road yet, lol
-Good battery
-Gave the carb a birthday
-Put fuel in it, made it go. Runs pretty well, especially considering it’s been sitting for nearly 5 years.
-Swapped some tyres around; it’s now got 14x6 2-piece Jap mesh with Kelly 195/65s front, 14x7 Hurricanes with Hankook 235/60s rear. I like it, front needs to come down 1”, maybe 1-1/2” though.
-Poked around chasing rust, it hasn’t actually gotten any worse since it’s been sitting. Advantages of living in a dustbowl, I guess.

I also bought a god-awful manual 3.8 VT cheap, runs nice, gearbox is fine but the rest of the car’s fucked. So I guess that’s happening.

Anyway. Pictures.
