some peanut has cut these all off and i dont have a manual to see where they go.
its the wires that come from the battery/fuseible links down to the motor
i know the large white wire is the Charge wire from the alternator.
theyellow/red stripe is the temp guage.
but i dont know what the blue and the white wires are.
or the black one which has a fuse holder on it.
I asume one is the charge/exciter light and the others??? did a GL scorp alternator have a built in reg?
anyone have a GL scorp manual they could look in for me?

Re: Where do these wires go?
I have the american scorp manual it only has wiring diagrams up to '83. it has a solid white, white/black and a blue wire going to the alternator. Where abouts in adelaide? I could lend it to you.

Re: Where do these wires go?
I just did what I should have done weeks ago. looked at my own scorp......I thought they would have been different, anyway when I installed my magna 70a alternator the white/black and blue wire became useless as the new alternator cant run the ammeter so make sure they cant earth out and dont worry about them

i was sitting in it the other day and wondered how the ammeter was supposed to be connected. that explains it.
