Removing GH ign control unit

Anyone know whats involved in removing/bypassing the ignition control unit in a GH sigma so it can be used with a points distributor

Just out of curiousity, why are you doing away with elec. ignition? As for bypassing it, I would have thought it was a simple procedure of finding a pos. wire feeding the module when the key is on the on/start of the key, and ran that to your coil? Could be wrong, as I've been known to.

Just doing away with the factory sigma electronic system, new system has the control unit and coil in the distributor
