Setting up individual coil packs ?????

Post by astronturbo77 »

hey everyone im still halfway with my efi conversion in my lancer. Just wanting to know whats best in the terms of getting the best spark? I would like to set up individual coilpacks under the bonnet but dont know to go with aftermarket ones of a steup of maybe a sr20det/CA???? Or should i just run my magna eectronic ign coil still? Oh and what is involved with wiring and installing them, i will be using a aftermarket ecu. :D

You need to use an after-market ECU if you're going go twin coils.
The twin coil set up instructions normally come with the ECU, if not you can usually download them from the manufacturers web-site.
My Haltech installation handbook has excellent description on this set up. :)
I'm here for a good time, not a long time !
