GE Scorpion headlight replacement

Post by Scorpy »

Hi
I just bought my GE Scorpion, drove it back from Victoria to Sydney.
I get into Sydney and turn on the headlights on , it seems like the high beams are on all the time, I flick the light stalk back and forth a few times, the high beam light on the dash goes off but all the lights are on are still on.
The drivers side outer light doesn't work and the inner is on high beam. Both passenger side lights are on.
Is the problem that the drivers side outer doesn't work ?????
Can I still buy the headlamps ????
Any help would be appreciated
Cheers

There are plenty of options to replace the 4" x 6" headlights on the earlier Scorpions. You can either use sealed beams again or do a full upgrade to halogen 'diamond cut' cases with LED parking lights cast into them.

Thanks Geezer, I had a look today the light that was out had been converted to H4 lamps so I changed it and they all work now
